Casio Auto Calendar Digital Travel Alarm Clock Review

Casio Auto Calendar Digital Travel Alarm Clock
Average Reviews:

This clock works well as a battery operated alarm clock. However, Casio really could have thought through the "travel" part better. Although it's light enough, it's too large for a travel clock. And there's no cover for the controls, so my first set of batteries died when something in my bag pressed against the snooze/light button for the whole flight. If you're looking for a battery operated alarm for your nightstand, this is a decent clock. If you really want a travel alarm, look elsewhere (or at least pack the batteries separately).

I wear a cochlear implant and without this alarm I'd never wake up for work. I have it plugged with the light too.

Sonic Boom Alarm Clock With Bed Vibrator Review

Sonic Boom Alarm Clock With Bed Vibrator
Average Reviews:

Purchase of this clock was to wake a deaf person when no one was home to do just that and it has done just that, as of right now there are no problems, BUT, this clock is so poorly made, the plastic is very thin, you don't dare knock it on the floor, it would nor survive, and the LED bars that it uses, well even set at their brightest, they don't look "solid", they waver, some bars are much dimmer then others, my fear is that they will soon go out, I wish West Clock still made alarm clocks for the deaf, my mother had one for many years, when she died, we were moving her belongings and it was stolen.

Screaming Meanie Timer and Alarm Clock with 120 dB Alarm Review

Screaming Meanie Timer and Alarm Clock with 120 dB Alarm
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This product lives up to its billing. I have had other alarm clocks that claimed to use a 120 decibel alarm, but they only seemed a third as loud as this. When this thing went off the first morning I used it, it just about blew me out of bed, and all I could think was "make it stop! make it stop!" It sounds like about 4 home fire alarms going off at once except much louder and much more painful.
It's Sunday evening and I'll set the dang thing again, but for 15 minutes after my regular alarm goes off. I think I'll get up quickly to shut off the Meanie before it sounds--I really don't want to hear it ever again.

Vibra Alarm Clock Review

Vibra Alarm Clock
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
First of all, I had to unscrew a teeny screw from the back just to install the 3 AAA batteries required. I did not have a screwdriver small enough so I used a pocket knife and it was very tedious at that.
Secondly I tried the alarm- it has a buzzer function and a vibrate function, but no combination of the two which is extremely annoying. The alarm is exactly like a watch alarm and for those who have heard one of those ... it's VERY faint.
There's no way the vibration would wake anyone up who is used to a regular vibrating clock..... much less intense.
The worst part about the clock (if it is possible to get worse) is that it automatically shuts off the alarm after 30 seconds!!! For both the buzzer AND vibrate function- I usually take longer than 30 seconds to wake up anyway, so this alarm would not ever be able to work for me.
If you are looking for a travel clock that is useless, takes up space in your luggage, and will never wake you up, this is the one for you! :)
I returned it immediately.

Seiko Bedside Alarm Clock Silver-Tone Metallic Case Review

Seiko Bedside Alarm Clock Silver-Tone Metallic Case

LOVE THIS CLOCK. SLIGHTLY OLD FASHIONED STYLING, BUT I LIKE THAT. IT HAS A NICE LOUD BELL-TYPE ALARM. YOU CANNOT SLEEP WHEN THIS ALARM IS ON! SO IF YOU ARE A FAIRLY HEAVY SLEEPER, IT SHOULD WAKE YOU UP WITH NO PROBLEMS. THE ONLY WARNING I HAVE IS THAT WHEN YOU SET THE ALARM TIME, MAKE SURE YOU TURN THE KNOB IN THE COUNTERCLOCKWISE DIRECTION AS STATED IN THE INSTRUCTIONS, OR IT WON'T WORK. OTHER THAN THAT, THIS IS A GREAT LITTLE CLOCK. IT ALSO KEEPS GOOD TIME.

The retro style of the Seiko Bedside Alarm Clock gives this functional alarm clock a funky style all its own. Constructed with a silver-tone metallic case, this compact timepiece features a large, round black dial with luminous Arabic hour markers and slim silver minute indexes. T101 Table Clock Review

T101 Table Clock
Average Reviews:

If you just need an alarm clock to tell the time and get you out of bed get this one. It more than gets the job done. I was looking for a bedside clock, no radio, no projection, no gimmicks, and after a very very long internet search came across this nice little clock. If you're just looking for a basic alarm clock for a low price this is the one to get! It has more bells and whistles than a regular clock, 9 minute snooze (of course it MUST have the SNOOZE feature), automatic reset/off alarm button, on/off alarm button, and loud/soft alarm noise button. This really will look attractive on your bedside/living room end table/kitchen counter and it comes in different colors too. The black looks very attractive on my bedside table. It has good heft/weight to it too, giving it a feeling of a quality made product that will last for years. The brightness of the display is perfect, not too dim, not too bright. I was looking at analogue clocks but this one is a beauty compared to the two previous analogue clocks I had and has a PM light indicator, Alarm On indicator, and a low back up battery indicator besides. The alarm will go off for two hours before automatically turning off (leave home/apt. and forget to turn it off), and the snooze feature will go off every 9 minutes as long as you keep pressing it, and the feature will automatically turn itself off after 2 hours (do you really need more than that, reset the alarm). It is nice and compact so it doesn't take up too much room. Besides this clock is electric so batteries are no longer a concern. This is a nice quality, attractive product that seems like it will last a very long time (much better quality than my Timex battery powered analogue clock, much better looking, and it's both heavier and smaller at the same time). Other reviews state the snooze button is located too close to the alarm off button (may accidently press it instead), but I have had absolutely no problem distinguishing between the two buttons, especially given their size, and it isn't even a concern to me. I should also include that I thought analogue was the way to go, but the digital display on this is of high quality, is easy on the eyes at night, and having reach over to press a button to see the time in the dark is no longer an issue. So get this clock it's a no-brainer with more than enough features to ensure this is the alarm clock you will be glad you purchased. I think it's worth more than I paid for it!

Elgin QA Twin Bell Alarm Clock, Silver Review

Elgin QA Twin Bell Alarm Clock, Silver
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
This model is a great alarm clock to use for either nostalgia, to use for a desk clock (like I do), or for a regular alarm clock. It has a lighted dial, and a snooze feature - both which are operated by pressing down on the handle of the clock. The pewter finish goes great with my black and gray decor on my computer desk, and would be great for any modern setting, while still looking like an old fashioned clock to boot!
It also has a loud alarm that would be good for people who need an alarm clock to wake them up, but not one that needs winding every day, as it takes one 'C' battery. The ends of the hands are also illuminated for night viewing when the lighted dial feature is not activated.
For the money, it is a great buy, and unlike the other poster, I've had my clock with the same battery in it for the past year, and it hasn't drained down yet!

Big Mouth Alarm Clock Review

Big Mouth Alarm Clock
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Nice travel alarm clock. It's a plastic case, not super small, but small enough, simple to use. Does not always wake up my super-sound sleeping daughter, since it automatically shuts off after a minute (or 30 seconds?). It has two alarm levels, the alarm is a higher frequency that hard of hearing people may not hear, but would generally wake up anyone that wants to get up. I also use it as a back up alarm for when I have to catch a flight, and I don't have to worry about not hearing it, even when I put it 10 feet away from my bed....

Sonic Alert SB1000ss Sonic Boom Loud Vibrating Alarm Clock with Built In Receiver Review

Sonic Alert SB1000ss Sonic Boom Loud Vibrating Alarm Clock with Built In Receiver
Average Reviews:

I'm a heavy sleeper compounded by the fact that I need to get up before the sun. I would set 2 alarms with my cell phone as a backup and still sometimes sleep through them only waking up when there was a little light out. I bought this because of the stated volume it was capable of. I'm a little dissapointed in that part of it, my Phillips alarm clock is much louder than this thing BUT between the bed shaker and the ability to turn on a light it wakes me right up. I'm not sure which one does it, I think its the lamp with the 100 watt bulb it flashes. I would definately recommend getting this model with the light module.
