I gave our home this clock for Christmas about 3 years ago - it is gorgeous and quiet. Now it has an even prettier place in our new home - a friend liked it so much that I just ordered one
for him for Christmas. So glad that Amazon is carrying this item again. They do make gorgeous gifts.

The decor works well on our mantle. However the clock, which is easy to read, is mounted just slightly crooked. Perhaps most people would not notice that it is about 2° off. I would call the one I got a factory second. However I can live with it at the price I paid. I am not returning it, but I would if it had been a more expensive item.

Seiko Desk and Table Alarm Clock Brown Alder Case Review

Seiko Desk and Table Alarm Clock Brown Alder Case
Average Reviews:

I really like this clock. It is attractive, and accurate. I especially like Roman Numberal clocks that have the "IIII" instead of "IV" for the "4" spot. And almost no one is aware of the "IIII" presence (a curious human-perception fact).

Equity by La Crosse SkyScan 31420 Travel Atomic Alarm Clock Review

Equity by La Crosse SkyScan 31420 Travel Atomic Alarm Clock
Average Reviews:

I'm sending this back! The nice bright face, with contrasting yellow background, shown on the image is only a sticker. The actual face is gray and black and is not easy to see, even when lit by pushing the tiny button that you'll never find in the dark. Even worse is if the clock is not near a window, it won't set the time. It also can't be in a concrete building, or about 10 other places according to the directions, for it to work properly. I can't trust that this will work properly wherever I'm staying on my trip.

Be aware of the exact time on the road or at home with this atomic travel alarm clock. From Equity by La Crosse, the SkyScan 31420 alarm resets the time regularly according to WWVB radio transmissions from the United States Atomic Clock. The digital clock also updates automatically for Daylight Savings Time (DST), so one travel need not keep track of additional time changes while traveling in another time zone.
Lightweight and compact, the clock benefits from a protective cover which folds back to double as the clock's stand. The clock's digital display relates the time with seconds, date, weekday, and indoor temperature, presented in Fahrenheit or Celsius to the tenth of a degree. When in 12-hour time display, a PM indicator distinguishes hours after noon. A 24-hour time display is also available. Using the function buttons below the digital screen, the user selects from Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones for atomic clock synching; the auto DST function can be turned off in Arizona and other regions that do not observe DST. A radio tower icon indicates atomic clock receptivity, while alarm-on and snooze icons signify that these functions are engaged. To initiate the 5-minute snooze, the user presses the snooze button over the digital screen. The snooze button also activates the yellow backlight briefly. For power, the clock requires the separate purchase of two AA batteries. The travel alarm clock measures 3 inches wide by 3-1/2 inches deep by 4 inches high when standing upright. Folded flat, the clock measures 3 inches long by 4 inches wide by 1 inch high.

La Crosse Technology WT-8005U-S Atomic Digital Wall Clock with Indoor Temperature, Silver Review

La Crosse Technology WT-8005U-S Atomic Digital Wall Clock with Indoor Temperature, Silver
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
In Maryland it can be difficult to get a radio-controlled clock to pick up the time signal (it is sent from Colorado), so sometimes it is necessary to set the time manually. Unfortunately, a lot of atomic clocks make this very difficult, giving you only one or two cryptic buttons to use for settings, so it is either impossible to figure out how to set the time or it takes forever because of the clumsy controls. This clock was quick and easy to set up and I did not have to look at the manual at all.
The display and clear and easy to read.
Unlike most digital wall clocks this one includes the seconds -- some people may find the constant updates visually distracting.

Mount it on the wall or rest it on the night stand, this digital, self-setting clock frequently checks radio signals from the US Atomic Clock to automatically set itself, keeping you right on time all the time—a great feature that's got you covered if the power goes out, or (where applicable) for those who forget to spring forward or fall back. A perpetual calendar displays day of the week readable at a glance. Indoor temperature is displayed along with the time in big bold digits that are easy to read. The unit is also equipped with an alarm with snooze for tableside use. Quick Time Zone selection makes this a great travel alarm. The unit hangs on the wall or sets up freestanding on the desktop. It's powered by 2 AA batteries (not included), which last up to 2 years.

Mikasa Delancy 4-Inch Crystal Clock Review

Mikasa Delancy 4-Inch Crystal Clock
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Have you tried to find a small, attractive clock for a bathroom or bookshelf in the stores lately? There's very little out there. This Mikasa crystal clock is attractive, heavy enough to be sturdy, and very quiet. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it doesn't come with the battery as described, and there were no directions that mentioned the battery size needed. Fortunately another reviewer said that it takes an "N" battery which I was able to find in the grocery store. I thought the price was very reasonable for the clock so I wasn't too upset about having to buy the battery for a few dollars. I'm happy with the clock and would buy another for a gift.
