It is a very attractive little clock and for this price you don't expect exceptionally high quality however; when I un packed it the hands were loose and it was impossible to set the clock. There was no return label or address so I had no idea how to mail it back. When I emailed the company as to my problem I was informed that sometimes these clock hands get loose in shipping and that the plastic front of the clock is easily removed, the hands can then be tightened and all will be well. Right..... I twisted and pryed and pulled and could not remove the plastic front under any circumstances. I did however, succeed in breaking the plastic ring surrounding the plastic cover. Even after this the cover would not come off. This is a cute clock but the workmanship is very bad. Don't waste your money.
