(More customer reviews)This little travel clock looks in the picture online to be very much like a fine little clock I bought in Narita Airport, but it isn't. It came with a scratch on the face of the screen. It failed immediately, refusing to allow settings and then going completely blank. I thought I had fixed it by pressing the reset. It came back on and I was able to set the time. Then, somewhat later, I wanted to set the alarm. When I did this, following the printed instructions, an alarm came on immediately. None of the buttons would stop the alarm. I had to remove the back and then remove the battery to silence the alarm.
In summary, I have never been so disappointed in an Amazon purchase. I hope to find time to return this worthless item.
