(More customer reviews)I was pleasantly surprised at to what nice customer service was shown me, in regards to this EP alarm clock I wanted to purchase for my husband. The first 2 clocks they sent me would not work, as the red second hand was malfunctioned. I stayed in touch by phone with them, and instead of having to send each one back for replacement, they suggested it was cheaper for me, if they just sent me another one, since they still had some in stock. The old expression Third Time Is A Charm, was true here. We got the 3rd one last week, and so far it has kept perfect time.
This was a Christmas gift for my husband for last year, but the first one from another website, it also didn't work, but had been discontinued through them altogether. So when I found GIFTAPOLIS TN out of Tennessee, I was thrilled to know they had some. It is a very cute clock, but especially with Elvis' photo on the front of it. My husband is a huge Elvis fan.
I would rate this website for legendary products very high, and they sure did aim to please me for sure.
I will do business with them again.
