Serious design flaws make this alarm clock fall far short of expectations. I bought it based on the add. Its serious design flaws can't be seen until use.
The face cover is too reflective, acting like a mirror, so it's difficult to read in a lit room. Light through a window over my bed makes even the large numbers impossible to read. I had to rotate it to an odd angle to minimize reflections to be able to read it.
The LCD face has a limited viewing angle. With my head on the pillow, in a dark room, with its backlight on, the clock face was blank because of the viewing angle. I had to prop up on my elbow to see the time or tilt the clock with a thick book to put the face at a readable angle.
The snooze alarm only rings twice before it shuts off. The seconds display is distracting and the snooze on, alarm on, AM and PM logos are not easy to read.
Flaws overwhelm good points. Looks good online. Example of what not to buy on the internet.
