(More customer reviews)The clock cost 19.00, while shipping was 21.00. When I did receive the item the clock did not work. The snooze function would not shut off rendering the alarm non-functional. Attempts to return the defective clock was nearly impossible and cost to return it would only double the shipping cost well over the value of the clock.
