(More customer reviews)We looked at several projection clocks on the internet before choosing this one. When we plugged it in, the projection was horrible! It had about a 3x3 red square that you couldn't even see the time. Then when we wrote the company about returning it, they first refused the return, saying we "damaged" the package. I would like to know how am I supposed to get the lousy clock out w/out even opening it?!? Finally they did accept the return and got the money back.
