(More customer reviews)great concept, horrible execution. It comes with few instructions and after a while the "insta set" function stops working. It has no real daylight savings time mode so you have to switch timezones to get the correct time. Now it has stopped displaying the correct time and is about 30 minutes off. There is no way to manually overide this so it's going in the trash.

From Equity by La Crosse Technology, the auto-set clock radio benefits from an AM/FM tuner for changing radio frequencies, as well as a snooze function for slower risers. The electric clock is crafted with silver casing, and it displays the time on a 1-inch high LCD screen with blue backlight. For user convenience, the clock uses an internal memory chip to automatically set to the proper time based on the user-selected time-zone setting. Time zones are selected with a four-position switch located on top; the clock accommodates Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific times. Typically run on AC power, the clock is covered in a power outage by its battery back-up. This feature requires the separate purchase of three AA batteries. The clock measures 7 inches wide by 5-1/2 inches deep by 3 inches high, and it weighs 1.9 pounds upon shipping.
