(More customer reviews)I bought this clock to put in the rear bedroom of our RV, it's nice to be able to know what time it is when you wake-up during the night or when you just look around the room. The digits obviously are illuminated at night and don't create too much light in the room. Best of all, it runs on 12-volts and has a 9-volt back-up battery so it always keeps the time. Just plug it into a cigarette lighter and you're set. I used a magnetic latch to secure my clock under a cabinet, just glue the metal plate to the top of the clock and then attach (screw) the magnet to the bottom of the cabinet, this way you can mount the clock up high and be able to access the controls/setting, then just tack it back up. Great little clock!
