(More customer reviews)This product is quite simple, easily portable and has the advantage of being Battery operated, which gives it an International Usage Facility, i.e. it can be used in whichever Country, irrelevant of the Voltages and Amps it uses.
Where it fails is : when the location of the SETTINGS BUTTONS are beside the MAIN OPERATING PRESSING BUTTON, which the user has to touch and press to hear the Time, what happens is; that the user, in finding with the hands the button to listen to the time, messes up the SETTINGS of the Device and activates ALARMS not wanted and alters the TIME SETTINGS, these buttons should be AT THE BACK and the MAIN OPERATING BUTTON should be on its own at the FRONT of the Device, also the device should be MULTILINGUAL, because as my Father(the user) only speaks Spanish and now lives with me at the U.K.; your U.K. Branch(es), does not stock them and I had to buy it in the U.S.A. and ask my brother,whom resides in the U.S.A.; to receive it and send it to me, which made the acquisition of a relatively simple and cheap device, to QUADRUPLICATE its value for us. WHICH I FIND RATHER INCONVENIENT...!!!.
