I bought this clock to replace my "Baby Ben" that I had for thirteen years. When I received it, it looked nice and I liked the second hand but it was difficult to make out the functions on the back. The worst was the clock wind up. It turned counterclockwise. I kept scraping my thumb trying to wind it. I DO NOT recommend!!

Wake up to the loud bell alarm of this beautiful alarm clock from Equity by La Crosse. With its classic key-wound design, the clock eliminates the necessity of electricity or batteries, requiring only the manpower to regularly wind the clock. The clock keeps time for up to 30 hours per winding. The clock is crafted in durable metal casing with a padded base to prevent scratches to tabletops. Framed by a handsome brass-plated bezel, a glass lens protects the black clock face. Contrasting white numerals and minute markers circle the clock's dial. The clock points to the hour and minute with luminous hands and hour dots for a gentle night glow. Additionally, a long slender clock hand ticks off seconds and another clock hand indicates the alarm time. On the backside of the clock, users set the time and alarm with the designated knobs and activate the alarm with its on/off pin. Should the clock run fast or slow when fully wound, the user can adjust the regulator's level with the provided control. Made in China, this item is covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty. The clock measures 4 inches wide by 2-1/2 inches deep by 4 inches high.
