I am absolutely satisfied with the clearity and color, I should see excellent pics. What I didn't expect is the high quality of sound effect, which is a surprise. Also, the operation system is easy and thoughtful. It has a remote control, and the voltage goes between 100-240 V, which is good to give as a gift use in other country. All in all, I want to give my highest recommendation to this product, you will never regret for buying it!!!

Coby CX789 Digital AM/FM/NOAA Radio with Dual Alarms, silver Review

(More customer reviews)This is a good deal for it's price- digital tuning with preset buttons- AM/FM/NOAA. There is a problem using the AC power (with supplied AC power cord)- when powered with AC the LED panel fades to almost unreadable! I decided to buy a second unit to see if another would have the same problme: yes! Thus, there is a defect when operating on AC power, so I don't recommend using AC power. However, operating on batteries is ok- no fading of the LED panel. Also, operating on DC adapter also tested and works ok (DC power adapter is not provided- I got one at Radio Shack: AC-TO-DC POWER ADAPTER 1.5-15VDC, 300ma and set it for 4.5 DCV)
Everything else works ok- and this is the style of radio I wanted, and there are no others like this at this price. I now have three units. This has digital tuning with quick change preset buttons and a volume knob on the right side, which is very nice! The LED panel has black letters on a non-lighted background and is hard to read- ignore the bright LED panel you see in the pic-it does not look like that! However there is a light button that lights up for 6 seconds and helps you read it better. Reception is fine for local stations, which provide good clear speaker sound, with no noise.
It's fine if you are looking for a very inexpensive digital radio, (I found nothing cheaper in this style) but you may have the AC power problem I have, and you will have to get the Radio Shack DC power adapter (4.5v, 300ma), or just use 3 D-size batteries.
UPDATE 4/7/09: Robert Lambert discovered the solution to using the AC power cord. There is an AC switch inside the battery compartment that is set on 220v when I received all three of my radios. Simply set the switch on 110v (for USA) and presto! AC power cord works fine! No need to purchase DC adapter! This power switch is not described in the instructions and I even called Coby support about my problem and they didn't mention the switch! Thankyou Robert for the info! I can't change rating, if I could I now rate this radio 4.5 stars!

You won't be able to receive many stations you can get on most radios. The tuner dial is very inaccurate. Stations overrun each other. You can hardly see the time in daylight because it is so dim. You can't see the tuner dot unless bright light is shining at it.
Let's see... could this item be worse? No, and it will cost you way too much to return it. Take the money and just burn it instead of buying this clock radio.

(More customer reviews)I have had this clock for about a month now and I love it. The numbers are large and bright, perfect for checking the time across the room at 3 am. The battery back-up works great on my clock, I have unplugged and moved it serval times without a single reset. The controls are pretty easy to navigate; the radio has great reception with the external antenna, the tuning is not real precise but at this price point what can you expect. I would recommend this clock.

(More customer reviews)This compact item is sturdy and the best thing about it is that I can take it with me for my international trips and not have to worry about using a converter which can be a pain in the behind. It also looks very classy, nice style.
Well I just took a trip to the Philippines and used the clock radio for the first time and it started initially and then went dead. It states that it is good for dual voltage and the hotel I was staying at had 220v.
Problem is I cannot find any place that shows the warranty on this product. I bought it in Dec 2010 but did not use it until June, 2011. I went to the website and could not find the answer to my problem with the radio in the trouble shooting section. Then it said to check the FAQ and there were none for this product.

Coby DP700BLK 7-Inch Digital Picture Frame (Black) Review

(More customer reviews)I think this frame is great, it's a great little gift for someone that doesn't have alot of room or for an office desk. I think the resolution is great and the features are great too. It's very easy to work, I didn't need the instruction book at all. My slideshow shows every pic on my sd card so I'm not sure what other peoples problems are when they say it only holds 10 pics. This is not true. Great deal for the price!

What I like best about this clock is that you can turn off the light or dim the light and can set the radio volume down low. I like dark rooms and low radio to wake up to. The touch screen is great when you want to snooze. No more hunting or thrashing around for a button just touch the front of the clock and it goes back on snooze. The screen appears to be white but it's silver (not bright silver) and the clock is attractive and easy to use. Believe me, I've been looking for just the right alarm clock and you can't beat the price. Love this alarm clock.
