(More customer reviews)I will admit, I don't have kids and bought this for myself. The item isn't really a lamp...it's a cute interactive lights and display toy. I certainly can't read a book by it's light, but it is super awesome to watch and interact with. It's won my heart, and a trip back to amazon to buy the alarm clock so I can watch them interact. I think kids from 10 to 100 will adore interacting with the "lamp".
