(More customer reviews)With due respect to Tina, who evidently has a good experience with this product, my experience is that the alarm is barely audible, and there was no doubt I would sleep right through it. From an adjoining room, my existing alarm clock was louder than this one. Unless you are a very light sleeper, and live in a rural area or a cave, I would think twice about this product actually waking you up.
Additionally, I contacted the company to arrange a return and refund, and it took two submissions through Amazon before they answered. Shipping is non-refundable, and they "might" apply a 15% re-stocking fee.
