(More customer reviews)I haven't bought a bad Timex yet. Considering the price, this a great bargain. I've spent twice as much as alarm clocks that were half as good. That said, you do get what you pay for so don't be expecting all the bells and whistles. This a good clock at a good value, it has what you need in an alarm clock - that is a clock, and an alarm. I bought this for my pre-teen son, and he likes it. He particularly likes how the beeping is not a obnoxious noise, it starts with series of one beep, then increases the number of beeps until you hit snooze or turn it off. We both hate the clocks that are insanely loud.
