(More customer reviews)This item is listed as coming from "The Price Pros" however the inovice shows "Depot Repair Services, LLC." I suspect this product was a Timex return and reconditioned. The alarm was definitely not "Mega Sound" and was a poor choice. I ordered a sonic boom which is about 10 times louder than this alarm. No where was there an indication that I was buying anything other than a brand new unit.
